I checked out jetcollector.com thinking they’d have a bigger range of models, but the selection felt limited. Some of the ones I had in mind just weren’t there, or they looked like maybe they were out of stock, so... yeah, kind of a letdown.
The site itself was easy enough to move around in, no real issue there. It’s probably fine if you’re just after something basic, but I was hoping for more variety and ended up leaving without finding much.

I didn’t run into any problems using it, and overall it felt trustworthy. I think other customers would probably feel comfortable with it too if they’re just looking for a smooth, straightforward experience.

I ordered from jetcollector.com and, i kept checking the tracking more than I probably needed to. The tracking number came through quickly, and the updates were clear enough that I could see where the order was, so I guess I wasn’t really left wondering after all.

The package arrived around when I expected it to, and everything was in good shape. I had kind of talked myself into thinking there might be an issue, but nope, it was just a simple order that went smoothly. I’d use them again.

The item itself was totally fine, no complaints there. But the shipping cost felt a little high for what I ordered, kind of one of those moments where you pause at checkout and go, really? I might buy again if the shipping costs come down a bit.

I’ll give them credit, the product did arrive, so there’s that. But trying to return it was way slower and more confusing than it needed to be. I kept having to figure out what to do next, and the whole thing just felt frustrating. Definitely not ordering from them again.

Customer service was okay overall. They did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up twice. The person I spoke with was polite, which I appreciated, but at first the replies felt a little generic and didn’t really answer the specific detail I asked about. It did get sorted in the end, so no major complaint, just not the smoothest support experience.

I thought most of the items were available when I ordered, but then they ended up being sold out. I get that stock can change, but it feels only fair to keep the availability updated so customers don’t waste time picking things that aren’t actually there.

I got my order faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated just fine the whole way, but the box was just a little banged up when it arrived.

I ordered a model from jetcollector.com and spent the next few days hoping it would arrive in the condition described. When the package finally showed up, I opened it up right away, it was pretty much exactly as listed. The model itself was clean, sharp-looking, and really nice once I had it out of the box. The only thing I noticed was a small crease on one corner of the box, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make me wish the packaging had been a little sturdier. Overall though, I’m happy with the purchase and would order again.

I ordered a diecast jet from jetcollector.com, and at first glance it looked nice on the shelf. But once I started looking closer, the details were literally not as accurate as I was expecting.

The colors felt a little off, and some of the markings didn’t really match photos I’ve seen of the actual aircraft. I know that might not bother everyone, but for me, accuracy is a big part of why I collect these models.

Shipping was totally fine and the model arrived in one piece, so no complaints there. It just left me a bit disappointed overall — not awful, but definitely not quite what I was hoping for

I thought the prices here were "fair enough" overall. Nothing felt overpriced, and it seemed like a reasonable deal to me

I was just trying to browse JetCollector and see what they had, but it felt way harder than it needed to be. The site was kind of clunky, pages were slow, and the menus weren’t very clear, especially on my phone. I kept clicking around like I was supposed to magically know where everything was, just to find basic info. It looks like they probably have some cool stuff, but the website made the whole thing frustrating for me. Hopefully they fix it up because it shouldn’t be this much of a hassle

The box showed up completely crushed, which was disappointing. I wasn’t expecting perfect packaging, but this was bad...
